Cancellation

You may cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days. Cancellations should be made by emailing our customer service at sales@ezylifebags.com.au

Exchange/Returns

To return or exchange a product to us please contact Ezylife Bags at enquiries@ezylifebags.com.au  for details. Should you wish to obtain a refund, a refund of amounts paid less supply and return postage of $25 will be made within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. You are strongly advised to obtain proof of postage for any returns as we are not able to take responsibility for goods lost in transit.

Faulty Goods

You may cancel this Agreement if the Products supplied are faulty.

Faulty Products returned by you will be refunded in full (including the cost of sending the Products to you, and the cost of returning the Products to us). Alternatively, if mutually acceptable, we will supply you with a replacement or suitable substitute Product.

Delivery

The Products will be delivered to the address indicated in your order. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Orders are usually despatched within 48 hours for delivery to major metropolitan cities within 7 working days. If an item is not available from stock we will notify you by email accordingly and despatch it to you as soon as possible and within 30 days.

Dates quoted for delivery are estimates only. Delivery dates may be subject to change and we can accept no liability or responsibility for any direct or indirect loss or damage for delivery outside of the estimated date of delivery.

In most cases couriers/the post office will require a signature at the time of delivery - depending on how we are sending the product.

Delivery Charges

All delivery charges are included in the product price and thus no further delivery costs will be charged.

Payment Methods

Payment for all products must be made online or over the phone by credit card, direct deposit, or cheque. We currently accept Visa or Mastercard. Should you wish to pay by cheque please contact Ezylife Bags at enquiries@ezylifebags.com.au for details. Be advised that payment must be received before your order may be processed. Online credit card payments are made in a secure environment. For more information on the security of our payment gateway please refer to www.e-path.com.au.

Credit Card Declined

Please assist us in the ordering process by ensuring that all fields are filled in correctly and that you have double checked your credit card and expiry date. You will be notified online if the transaction was successful or not. If for some reason your credit card transaction is continuously declined you will be notified online and we will await your further instructions before proceeding with your order.

Your declined order will be kept active for up to 48 hours and then cancelled, if we do not hear back from you.
